Denim “cutting waste” is produced when making products from denim fabric. We use denim cutting waste provided by our partner company, ensuring full traceability. We explored ways to utilize discarded fabrics and created new value.
Denim cutting wastes are cut into even finer pieces by hand, returned to the state of cotton with a fiber opening machine, mixed with normal white cotton, and made into thread. In addition, by changing the blend ratio of DENIM cotton, the expression changes when it is made into fabric.
